Things I’ve done to keep from getting bored during quarantine

1 Tie-Dyed To spice up my wardrobe and to do something fun and creative I bought a tie-dying kit and a bunch of white clothing and then went to town.

2 Become a runner I’ve always wanted to be one of those people who can wake up early in the morning and effortlessly run 5 miles. However, my body is not conditioned to endure that much strenuous activity. I did some research and found a technique that can help me reach that goal. Jeff Galloway, or “America’s Coach”, created a running technique for people like me. Basically, I run for 45 seconds and walk for 30 seconds. This allows me to run for so much longer than I would have otherwise.

3 Pick up trash on my run I noticed how much liter were on the sides of the roads. I never noticed all of the beer can, wrappers and random pieces of garbage were all over the place. Me and a family member put on rubber gloves and a face mask and collected all of the trash we found and threw it away.
